The preparation of these Guidelines is intended as a reference and handbook for stakeholders including facilitators and or beneficiaries involved in TEKAD, therefore the Project could be implemented transparent, effective and efficient. We hope, this Guidelines will be useful and we also accept feedback for improvements to these guidelines.
